By accessing or using My Career Confidence (https://my-career-confidence.vercel.app) and submitting forms on this website, you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use this site independently. If you are under 18, you may use the site only with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these terms on your behalf.

3. Services

We provide career readiness information, student profile registration, feedback collection, and college partnership inquiries. Program content, mentors, workshops, and availability may change as we improve our offerings. We do not guarantee employment, internship, or placement outcomes.

4. Student profiles

• You agree to provide accurate and current information.
• You are responsible for keeping your contact details up to date via the Create Profile form.
• Your profile is stored so you can return and update it using your email and phone number or secure browser token.
• You may delete your profile at any time using our Delete My Data page, subject to identity verification.

5. Feedback and testimonials

If you submit feedback, you confirm that your submission is truthful to the best of your knowledge and you grant My Career Confidence a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to review, edit for clarity, and publish approved quotes on our website and marketing materials. You must check the publish consent box before submitting. We may decline to publish any submission and may remove published content at our discretion.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to submit false information, spam, malware, or content that is unlawful, abusive, defamatory, or infringes the rights of others. You agree not to attempt to access admin areas, scrape data, bypass security controls, or overload our systems. We may remove data, block access, or refuse service at our discretion.

7. Intellectual property

The site design, branding, content, and materials are owned by or licensed to My Career Confidence. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our materials without prior written permission, except for personal non-commercial use permitted by law.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

The site and services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Career guidance and program information are for educational purposes only. We disclaim all warranties to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, My Career Confidence and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site. Our total liability for any claim relating to the site shall not exceed the amount you paid us for services in the twelve months before the claim (or INR 1,000 if no fees were paid).

10. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless My Career Confidence from claims, damages, and expenses arising from your misuse of the site, violation of these terms, or submission of unlawful content.

11. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts located in India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes, subject to any mandatory consumer protection rights you may have under applicable law.

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.

13. Severability
